WELCOME TO COURT STREET GLICE RINK!
Rink Hours: 12PM - 7PM Friday, Saturday & Sunday!
Our rink is a winter holiday skating rink, however, our surface is not ice! We use Glice USA ‘ice’, a new technology to create polymer panels that simulate the glide and feel of ice. The surface is impact absorbent and environmentally friendly.
Ice Rink reservations are available via Resy for a 45 minute session. Admission to the rink is $35 per child and include skate rental and use of our skate aid seals and frames.

ICE SKATES
We have a range of sizes available for young children. If you have your own pair you're most welcome to bring them! For more information on ice skating sizing please scroll down to our FAQs section which includes "What size ice skates do you have?"
SKATE SEALS & FRAMES
Designed to help encourage young children on to the ice, we have seals and frames available, which are first come first serve. Children can either hold on to the top of the tails at the back of the seals for security, or sit on the seal to be pushed around the ice by Mom & Dad (rubber soled shoes can safely walk on the Glice 'ice').

WHERE IS THE COURT STREET ICE RINK LOCATED?
The rink is located on the corner of 4th Place and Court Street, at 449 Court Street, Brooklyn NY 11231. Our nearest subway stop is the Carroll St. F & G, and the B57 bus goes right past us.
WHEN IS THE COURT STREET ICE RINK OPEN?
Friday 3PM-8PM, Saturday & Sunday 11AM-7PM.
WHAT COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
We have limited the capacity on the rink to a maximum of 20 children per session. Ice skates and skate aids are sanitized between each session. A liability form must be filled out before kids can enter the rink.
WHAT TYPE OF SURFACE IS THE COURT STREET ICE RINK?
Our rink is a winter holiday skating rink, however, our surface is not ice! We use Glice USA ‘ice’, a new technology to create polymer panels that simulate the glide and feel of ice. The surface is impact absorbent and environmentally friendly! It's safe to walk on with rubber-based, flat soled shoes.
DO YOU HAVE SKATES AND LOCKERS AVAILABLE FOR RENT?
Ice skates are included in the price of admission! We do not have lockers available for rent, parents and guardians will be responsible for their kid's shoes and belongings while on the rink.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO SKATE?
Yes, due to the size of the rink, it is intended kids ages up to 10. We do not have skates available for rent in adult sizes. We do not have skates for very small children, but they often love to sit on one of the seals for Mom or Dad to push them around the ice.
WHAT SIZE ICE SKATES DO YOU HAVE?
For the little ones we have American Athletic 'Little Rocket Double Runner' ice skates in 8Y, insole length 6.5 inches. For all other kids we have American Athletic 'Cougar Adjustable' ice skate in 1-13Y, then 5-8, ranging in insole size from 6.7 - 10.3 inches. Size chart from American Athletic below. We do not have toddler sizing this year.
MAY I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE TO COURT STREET ICE RINK?
No, but we have an ample selection of delicious food and beverages available to purchase, you can view our menus here!
DO YOU ALLOW GROUP ADMISSION FOR PRIVATE PARTIES?
Yes we do! Groups of up to 6 can be booked online via Resy, if you'd like to book the rink exclusively please email events@courtstreettavern.com for more information, and be sure to include date, time and guest count. You can also download our events kit from our event page here.
WHAT IF IT RAINS/SNOWS?
The surface of the rink can handle a certain amount of weather. Rink closures or delays in admission due to inclement weather are subject to the discretion of the supervisor and rink staff on duty. If we need to cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, a credit will be issued for future use, please email events@courtstreettavern.com.
CAN I BRING MY OWN SKATES?
Yes! We're more than happy for you to bring your own set of skates to the rink. The price of admission is still $35 for 45 minutes.
DO YOU HAVE OUTDOOR DINING?
We have seating available for dining along 4th Place and Court Street. Please note that these tables are not heated. Walk-ins are welcome, or reservable in addition to your skate session via Resy. Your ice skating reservation is only for ice skating, and does not include a table for dining.
DO YOU HAVE OUTDOOR HEATING?
Unfortunately the mayor's office prohibited restaurants from using propane heaters for outdoor dining, so please rug up and dress accordingly!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
You can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours in advance via Resy for a full refund. If you cancel your reservation with less than 2 hours notice, your booking will not be eligible for a refund.
